* The Slovak Insurers' Office ensures the activities of the information center pursuant to Act No. 381/2001 Coll. on MTPL insurance for damage caused by the operation of motor vehicles and on amendments and supplements to certain acts. For the purposes of providing information pursuant to Section 25, paragraph 6 of Act No. 381/2001 Coll., the injured party or participant in a traffic accident shall send a request to the Slovak Insurers' Office. For more detailed information about the insurance contract, it is necessary to contact the relevant insurance company.
